Our client is Professional Services MNC, currently recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (6 months contract) to join the HR team.

about the job

Reporting to the HR Director, you will support TA activities including but not limited to:

• Development of new and existing sourcing strategies for talent pipelines, candidate pools and nurturing talent in line with workforce planning
• Development of communities and talent pools through advertising, headhunting / direct approaches, networks, social media and employee referrals
• Manage a high touch recruitment process with both external and internal candidates to ensure the best possible candidate experience
• Help develop and implement the use of testing and assessments if required
• Utilise data and reporting to advise on recruitment best practice and provide updates and visibility on the status of recruitment

• 6 months contract, potentially extendable or convertable
• Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
• Office location: CBD, Singapore
• Immediately available/ short notice preferred

skills and experience required

• Experience in managing end to end recruitment processes
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills to manage relevant stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
