about the Company

We are representing an MNC in the professional services space with high professionalism and innovation. They are a multi-million dollar listed business and have exciting plans to grow and further expand their business. Over the past years, they have constantly invested in developing new strategies and processes for their business and are not looking to take a halt on their expansion plans.

about the job

You will be reporting to the HR Director, functioning as an individual contributor within the HR team. You will play a vital role in identifying top talent for the business and also be responsible for all regional hirings. You are also required to perform talent pipe-lining for potential hires, interact and partner external vendors to identify and drive better processes for the business. You will be assigned a regional portfolio and will work with business leaders to fulfil talent identification and support any relevant hiring needs. You are also required to undertake project hirings across the region as well as play a part in the company’s employer branding programmes.

skills and experience required

You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. You should be highly familiar with recruiting and performing talent acquisition duties on a regional scale. You will need to be highly proficient in and have strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices in Singapore and APAC
