Reporting to the Assistant TA Manager, you will be responsible to:
- Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition including sourcing, screening, offer-process management and onboarding
- Implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines
- Continuously analyse hiring performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Drive employer branding initiatives including campus activities, outreach and collaboration with schools
- Deliver talent acquisition and recruitment marketing strategies, projects and work plans
skills and experience required
- Degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in talent acquisition, industry experience is an added advantage
- Proven ability in high speed and high-volume recruitment
- Familiarity with the Singapore employment law
- Organised, collaborative and resourceful, with good stakeholder management and communication skills
