Reporting to the Assistant TA Manager, you will be responsible to:

• Manage the full cycle of talent acquisition including sourcing, screening, offer-process management and onboarding
• Implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines
• Continuously analyse hiring performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Drive employer branding initiatives including campus activities, outreach and collaboration with schools
• Deliver talent acquisition and recruitment marketing strategies, projects and work plans

skills and experience required

• Degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in talent acquisition, industry experience is an added advantage
• Proven ability in high speed and high-volume recruitment
• Familiarity with the Singapore employment law
• Organised, collaborative and resourceful, with good stakeholder management and communication skills
