With their sophisticated design, they have well positioned themselves in the luxury retail industry who will never fail to be out of presence in their native homeland. Due to business expansion, they are expanding and are looking for a Senior C&B manager to be part of their dynamic team.

about the role
Reporting to the TA Manager, you will undertake the role of TA Specialist. You will provide recruitment support to the Retail & Corporate team in Singapore and serve as a key recruitment partner to both the retail floor and corporate functions.

You will cover end to end recruitment - developing candidate sourcing strategies, process job requisitions, coordinating advertising for open positions and performing first level CV screenings. You will also sit in interviews and provide comments and manage interview process with both the Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners. Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Facilitating reference check, package proposal, documents verifications to ensure compliance within the TA team
  • Identify career fairs curriculum onsite with campus and facilitate career fairs and outreach program
  • Explore and expand channels of recruitment that is most effective, cost efficient and be a brand ambassador for the brand

skills and experience required
You will be degree/diploma qualified in HRM or similar related field of studies and demonstrate at least 2 years of experience preferably in a fast pace environment. Relevant experience within the fast fashion/upmarket retail is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone who is able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and with also good stakeholder management skills. Other than the mentioned, you will also be someone who embraces teamwork but at the same time, able to work well in a multi-cultural environment.
