Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you will be managing recruitment activities for Singapore and APAC offices.
Your job scope includes managing the full cycle of recruitment, which includes working with hiring managers to understand the job requirements, reviewing of JDs, posting of job advertisements, engaging recruitment agencies, screening and shortlisting of profiles, sharing of market and internal benchmarking data to negotiate and extend offer, ensure smooth hiring process, and liaising with HR Ops team for onboarding.
