My client is a rapidly growing technology firm in Singapore, looking for a seasoned recruiter to join their Talent Acquisition team in an effort to expand their Singapore team.

about the job
Your role as the TA Partner will be to manage the end to end recruitment cycle. You will provide expertise and assistance with hiring managers to manage expectations on recruitment matters. You will approach talents in the market actively to build a network of talents. You should work with internal stakeholders as a partner.

You should come up with initiatives to drive standards of recruitment for the organization, fine tune interview processes and provide an excellent employee experience.
skills and experience required
You should come with at least 3 years of TA or recruitment experience. Candidates in a HR function and keen to expand your portfolio in TA are welcome to apply as well. You should come with a degree in any field. You must be equipped with excellent communication skills, able to multitask and possess a 'can-do' attitude. You should be able to multitask, work in a fast paced environment and you should be highly organized with good time management. To excel in this role, you must be resourceful and able to think out of the box to attract and identify talents in the market.
