Reporting directly to the COO, you will partner with key business stakeholders to design and implement the people strategy within the company. You will be responsible to:
- Work closely with the leadership team to help create and deliver the overall people strategy
- Develop and implement policies and procedures surrounding people processes for the company in the areas of organisation structure and roles, decision-making and workflow processes, performance and reward mechanisms
- Build up the talent plan in alignment with business growth plans while helping grow and develop talent to meet future needs
- Implement talent attraction plans including a smooth on-boarding process and guiding internal stakeholders in talent recruitment processes
- Initiate people engagement initiatives to drive employee morale, health, and well-being
- Guide key business stakeholders in People processes such as promotions, compensation management, growth conversations, talent reviews, supported by data and insights
- Partner with internal business leads in managing any employee-related issues and maintain team engagement
skills and experience required
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in strategic human capital consulting
- Experience in external HR consulting will be advantageous
- Results-oriented, with the proven ability to work with and influence senior stakeholders
- Independent and adaptable, with the ability to solve problems, prioritise work and manage time effectively
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
