You will undertake the role of a Talent Development Officer who is responsible for supporting talent initiatives and discussions. Your role will also include but not limiting to the following:

  • Track completion rates of performance appraisals and feedback
  • Prepare reports, documents and statistics
  • Coordinate talent discussions
  • Provide administrative support to team members
  • Support ongoing HR projects and improve current informational systems

skills & experience required

You will minimally be Diploma qualified, preferably in HR related field of studies. You should possess at least 3 years of experience, preferably in Talent Development or HR Administrative positions. Relevant experience is an advantage that will put you in a league above the other candidates. Apart from the mentioned, you will also be someone who has great communication skills which is essential in supporting initiatives with your team.
