They are now looking for a Talent Development Specialist to join the team.

about the job
Your role includes but not limting to:

  • Liaise closely with various stakeholders to understand overall needs of talent management and development to support business and personal growth
  • Continuous improvement to make our training and development schedule and program relevant
  • Source, design and facilitate training programs
  • Perform training needs analysis and assessment
  • Collaborate with onboarding team to develop new hire orientation program and with other stakeholders for internal training programs
  • Pro-actively coordinate and facilitate talent review, succession planning and talent development sessions in collaboration with respective HRBP
  • Improve talent management toolkits and resources to identify talent and to support its creation and development
  • Conduct stand up training and deliver content to employees
  • Facilitation of annual employee engagement and focus group activities.
  • Other adhoc duties as requested

about the manager/team
You will be undertaking an individual contributor role

skills and experience required

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in the HR field. Prior employment experience within the Manufacturing/Engineering industry will be a definite advantage that put you in a league above the rest. You should have good knowledge and experience across the end to end spectrum of Talent Management and L&D. You should have at least 2 years of experience in conducting stnad up training.

You will be someone who is comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment. You will possess excellent communication skills and comfortable with interacting with all levels of staff. You will also be someone who is resilient and able to engage stakeholders effectively.
