about the job
You will understand business and talent priorities to introduce effective talent strategies. You will derive data-driven insights in both quantitative and qualitative to achieve the best results in introducing retention programs, identifying critical key positions within the organization and working alongside the business leaders in succession planning. You will partake in annual surveys to identify both corporate and operation issues during the global performance review process:

  • Plan the talent road maps and identify high potentials within the business for future succession planning
  • Evaluation and calibration of KPIs into measurable criteria for internal promotions
  • Identify gaps and putting talent strategies in place for succession planning
  • Develop region-wide career development policy, framework and programmes
  • Plan and execute region-wide communication activities to build awareness and understanding of the career structure and options available in the organization
  • Plan and execute talent management framework and processes to identify, develop and retain talent and meet the current and future organization needs.
  • Recommend and deploy assessment tools to identify high-performing individuals and high potentials as talent of the organization
  • Facilitate talent review sessions to identify talent with key stakeholders based on organization’s ideal talent profile using recommended assessment tools
  • Gather and analyze talent related data to derive insights on the effectiveness of talent management programmes, incorporating feedback from individuals in the programme and stakeholders for continuous improvement

skills & experience required
You will be Degree qualified in related field of studies and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience preferably in similar capacity with proven track records/achievements. Relevant experiences within the engineering/manufacturing industry is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone who is able to multi-task and work well across different business functions with excellent stakeholder management skills. Apart from the mentioned, you will also be someone who is dynamic, resilient and organized with the ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
