    about the job

    Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will be responsible for

    • Championing the entire recruitment process to achieve exemplary candidate experience, from the entire recruitment process to onboarding across various technical roles within the Product, Engineering and Commercial boards
    • Managing the end-to-end recruiting process, from the development of sourcing plans and data driven analyses of recruitment process
    • Developing talent pipelines for critical roles and provide ongoing market intelligence.
    • Manage certain aspects of team operations: requisition assignment and capacity, vendor relations, and interfacing with administrators of ATS/other related systems.
    • Maintain accurate data in the recruitment system, manage data-driven recruiting processes through identifying relevant patterns, based on recruitment processes and activities
    • Ensure a high level of performance and manage requisitions for all positions
    • Recommend and implement improvements to enhance the overall recruiting process
    • Be the brand ambassador of the organization and advocate Talents as Customers
    • Establish and maintain favorable relationships with stakeholders and vendors, to scale up the talent community
    • Acts as the talent advisor to promote and advocate best recruitment practices and experiences


    about the manager/team

    Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will play the integral role of a Team Manager to a team of over 8 talent partners supported by 2 talent sourcers, to ensure that succession and growth plans are in line with the company’s culture and values.


    skills and experience required

    To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor Degree, within areas of Human Resources, or related disciplines, with at least 8 -10 years of recruiting experience surrounding the fulfillment of Product, Engineering and Commercial acquisitions, in which 3 years of experience in managing and growing a team, as well as an excellent understanding of local hiring legislations and labor regulations. You will be used to working independently and comfortable dealing with ambiguity and driving change. Ideally, you should have strong experience in Technical hiring, especially Engineering and Product hires, and have exemplary communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
