about the company

The company is a Hong Kong based private equity firm with assets under management of US$2 billion. The Singapore office has a staff strength of 10 and growing.

about the job

You will need to provide professional administration support to various stakeholders for the Company and other Group Companies which include generic business travel arrangements and expenses claims for three key individuals. In addition, you will need to purchase necessary office supplies with reasonable prices and maintain them as well as to run the office smoothly, cooperating with partners within and out of the Company. You will also need to file and manage contract documents and its date. You will provide appropriate overall office administrations, including administrative operation of some HR and finance functions.

about the manager / team

This role reports to the Operations Manager who is in charge of overall operations and finance of the Singapore office.

skills & experience required

You should be tertiary education with minimum 4 years of office management or administrative management experience, preferably also in a similar boutique-size investment firm. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. This role is well-suited for someone who is flexible, driven and proactive.
