about the job

You will assist in basic Know Your Client administrative paperwork and onboarding documents for new clients. In addition, you are responsible for scheduling and coordinating meetings for your team members, making their business travel arrangements, as well as helping to create and maintain sales and marketing materials for your team members. You will also need to support and oversee internal team administration and be the initial point of contact for clients.

about the manager / team

This role is for an equities desk of a leading Japanese securities firm.

skills & experience required

You must be tertiary-educated and be proficient in spoken and written business-level English and Japanese. Fluency in Japanese is required due to the frequent coordination and communication between colleagues, clients and other stakeholders across Tokyo, Singapore and other overseas offices who may not be proficient in English. In addition, you should possess relevant experience in banking or financial institutions with ideally minimum two years of experience in administrative support.
