about the job

You will be responsible for providing support services to a fast-growing, entrepreneurial team and have an opportunity to play an integral role in the growth of this groundbreaking business. This include to schedule and coordinate conference calls and meetings as well as research, recommend and book appropriate venues for external meetings. In addition, you will organize and coordinate events; liaise with conference/event organizers and vendors plus book and process international travel arrangements and visa applications. You will also manage calendars, visitors and screen incoming calls, track and file expenses; pay bills; perform light bookkeeping, filing and recordkeeping.

about the manager / team

This is a newly created permanent role to support a new team of 4 traders.

Skills & experience required

The ideal candidate must be tertiary-educated, and come with minimum 5 years of experience in administrative support experience, including exposure to booking travel, event planning, developing presentations, and calendar management. You should also be proficient with Microsoft Office suite, including MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
