Despite it being a startup, the organization is comprised of highly experienced stakeholders who has extensive experience working within start up environments. about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a Technical Recruiter, your duties includes but not limiting to:

  • Write and post technical job descriptions
  • Make use of innovative sourcing methods to identify suitable candidates and build up potential pipelines
  • Partnering with business leaders to understand and analyse hiring needs
  • Hiring for a diverse range of Technical roles - Software Engineering, Software Developers, Information Security, Infrastructure and Project Management roles
  • Plan and carry out employer branding initiatives to raise brand awareness
  • Managing job order process and negotiating salary packages

about the manager/team
You will be reporting to the VP of HR.

skills and experience required

You should have a Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience in Recruitment. You will have strong Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles. You should have a solid understanding of HR practices and regulations. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
