about the job

This Technical Account Manager will focus on deploying products and work directly with clients on a daily basis in technical case resolution, enabling customized solutions, develop automation through scripting, specialized software and system scheduling, and provide technical training related to product maintenance.

The incumbent will own the feedback loop for customer issues from case generation, priority triage to resolution, including root cause analysis reporting and bridging viable enhancements to internal product engineering team.

He/she will also be exposed to customer business scenarios and enable product solutions to drive customer success.

skills and experience required

  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, strategic technical support, data science or engineering with exposure in big data systems or Cloud Platform such as Hadoop, AWS and Cloudera
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical support, or a related field with experience in addressing post-production issues, technical support escalation and account management
  • Superior account management skills and demonstrated professional experience providing expert-level technical support
  • Knowledge of data analytics and data engineering to spot cause of issues faced by clients
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize job requirements as well as strong organizational skills
