About the Job ...

You will need functional, communication and organization skills, with a proven ability to effectively meet deadlines and milestones as well as provide timely updates.

Ability to provide and review functional specifications for enhancements, interfaces, forms, and reports to support business requirements.
Ability to understand business requirements and provide technical and functional solutions.
Resolve complex issues and be part of the level 1 support team.
Ensure integrity in the user delivery process.
Provide and update all relevant documentation, pertaining to the Customer Care and Billing space.

Skills & Experiences Required
You will need to have min 5+ years overall relevant experience, including 3+ years in consulting or services.

Experience on CC&B 2.4 (and higher).
Experience on doing CC&B technical upgrade.
Driving the client to a recommended solution and owning the delivery.
Successful full lifecycle implementation experience.
Min 3 years experience of Java Development within the Oracle CC&B Framework.
Min 1 year experience of CC&B Configuration Tools and Groovy scripting.
Preferably has experience developing reports using Oracle BI Publisher.
