about the job
This is a new permanent position as the Singapore business is starting to build up. You will be part of the pioneering members of the technical service team where you will be in a client facing position and able to be involved in all aspects of business cycle such as pre-post sales, design, and present technical solutions.
skills and experience required
You will need to have min bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related fields. Other requirements are as follow:
- Min 4 years of related work experience as a technical consultant or solutions engineer.
- Hands-on experience in providing technical support in a client facing position.
- Technical experience in the following fields such as networking/IT infrastructure/Cybersecurity/Cloud solutions is a must.
- Stand-by duties when required.
- You will need to converse in mandarin Chinese with key stakeholders who communicates only in mandarin Chinese.
- Positive attitude and drive to grow your career professionally is highly advantageous.
