about the job
- Upgrade and revise the training competencies on a yearly basis
- Understands the operating processes within the manufacturing organization from the Subject matter experts
- Upkeep current OJT systems and monitor the progress of certification for employees in specific departments up until a more robust system is in place
- Curate a learning & development framework that link to organization & performance
- Provide advise to content of materials development
- Resourceful to source new courses externally to support the new learning needs
- Introduce new methodologies and partnerships into the Learning & development framework
- Facilitate / conduct in-house training when required
- Perform other required projects related Organization Development, Talent Development
skills & experience required
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical / Mechatronics Engineering / Materials Science
- Min 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Able to conduct classroom training (ACTA / ACLP certified)
- Able to develop lesson plan
- Open to candidate who is looking for career switched - technical / chemical / service / manufacturuing engineers who wants to switch to become trainer
- Willing to work in the west of Singapore ( Joo Koon / Tuas / Boon Lay) - Island wide transportation (8am - 4.45pm Mon-Fri)
