With this software solution that encompasses Artificial Intelligence, the solution is proven to help increase correctly planned surgeries, maximise resource utilization, and significantly improve optimization and standardization of surgical workflow.

about the job

Working closely with Head of Sales, your role involves:

Understanding customer needs, workflow and mapping the workflow and processes onto the solutions (understand operating room and hospital workflow).
Offering pre-sales consultantions to clients and sales representatives, covering the solution’s unique capabilities, software interfacing, OR workflow, data management, reporting, servers, and IT networking.
Contributing to events, demos, and trials, orchestrating logistics, presenting solutions to customers, and adding value to the sales journey.
Securing IT stakeholders' approval and address technical concerns while outlining the solution's benefits.
Acting as a pre-sales project manager, gathering customer needs, guiding practical approaches, and ensuring seamless Sales to Project Management transition post purchase order.

skills and experience required

As a successful candidate, you should have:

At least 3 years of presales experience in Singapore Healthcare, Hospital/Surgical/Operating theatre workflow understanding.
Proven track record of customer-facing responsibilities.
Experience in SQL and data analysis is good to have.
