about the company
My client is a growing organization within the business consulting idustry. They provide a range of consultancy services to their key clients who are mainly withn the financial sectors. They have regional presence and over 8000 employees worldwide. They are expanding massively and are looking to increase the number of consultants withn the organization. Hence, they are looking to bring on board a Technical Recruiter to hire for consultants who would be based either on site on clients place or internally. You would be provided with ample coaching and guidance and be working in a culturally diversified environment.

about the job
You will be undertaking the role of a Lead Technical Recruiter. You will be managing the end to end Recruitment process and be hiring for a range of Technical roles. You would be working closely with business leaders and clients to put in place hiring plans and use innovative sourcing methods to build up healthy pipeline of potential candidates. You will have good stakeholder management skills to liaise well with clients and to manage recruitment process efficiently. You will also be updating current and designing new recruiting procedures. You would also be looking at ways to improve employer branding and be working closely with tertiary institutions. You would be participating in career fairs and job fairs as well.

about the manager/team
This is an invidvidual contributor role and the team would grow eventually. You will be reporting to the Director of the organization

skills and experience required
You will be Degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 3 years of experience preferably in similar capacity. Relevant experience is a definite advantage that would put you in a league above the rest. You will be someone who is well versed in the Recruitment function and has good stakeholder management skills. It will be ideal if you come from the Technology or Management Consulting industry. Apart from the mentioned, you will also be a dynamic individual who is able to work well under a fast paced environment and someone who has strong interpersonal and communication skills.
