- Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers
- Technical support of field service engineers and customers when required
- Evaluating and establishing vision system performance specifications
- Manage customer specific projects & documents
skills & experience required
- Degree / Diploma in Electrical / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience in semiconductor industry
- Field service experience will be a plus
- Knowledge in Die Sorter or Wafer Sorter will be preferred
- Preferable with good understanding in machine vision process
