- Provide information on performance, defect, yields, and other technical issues of Products
- Technical assistance to Customer in relation to appropriate use of Products
- Assistance to Customer in setting up of Products, including drawing simulation
skills & experience required
- Degree / Diploma in engineering
- Proficient in read , write and speak japanese as there is a need to liaise with Japanese client who can only speak japanese
- Certified Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N2 / N1 is needed for the role
- Willing to work travel overseas for work assignment (about 15%-20%)
- Training given to candidate with no experience
