    Our client is an international organisation that specialises in providing Automation Technolgy with a global network of 20,700 experts that drive and shape the sector to help keep the world moving. We are looking for Sales Manager to join the team and be part of the company's growth.

    Development of Sales Teams
    • Coach all members of the cluster team including Sales, Technical, Marketing, and Management functions on EA portfolio
    • Responsible for development of EA knowledge in the SEA-P countries.
    • Evaluating current status quo and initiate appropriate next steps to close competence gaps
    • Support the Sales team in defining target accounts and coach them with development of EA account plans for their target accounts.
    • Drive team’s focus onto appropriate priorities
    • Conduct presentations and joint sales visits to major key customer with focus on coaching the salesperson
    • Be the spokesperson for EA matters, talk at events within SEA-P cluster such as conferences, exhibitions, and key customer events
    Business Management
    • Develop and implement business strategy
    • Ensure campaign activities are aligned with business strategy
    • Responsible for the annual budget and mid-range planning process
    • Work with Cluster Sales Management on deciding appropriate business target
    • Feedback on the sales and marketing needs of the Sales Cluster
    • Work with Cluster Market Management team to monitor performance of product & sales
    • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders on sales incentives and key initiatives to drive sales
    • Ensures Sales and Technical Sales departments have a full understanding of business strategy
