A leading manufacturer of medical devices company is looking for a Technical Service Manager for ASEAN region.

about the job

Managing the in-house team and distributors by monitoring their work, setting KPIs, carrying out regular appraisals.

Reviewing training and development needs for the team members.

Responsible for developing service contracts and optimizing the business opportunities.

Maintaining strong customer relationships by ensuring the quality of the service level according to the company policy.

about the manager/team

Reporting to the Vice President, you will work closely with the service team to support the customers in the ASEAN region.

skills & experience required

Armed with a Bachelor degree, you should possess 10 years of experience with leadership and technical service in the medical device industry.
