A global producer of specialty chemicals with over 30,000 employees worldwide, renown for their
innovation and creative products is looking to hire a Technical Service Manager for the Animal
Nutrition business.

about the job

  • You will identify collect and provide regional information on customers’ needs and market insights while developing an understanding of the competitive landscape.
  • You will be responsible for the development of regional health related feed additives market. You will be responsible for promoting and driving health related feed additives in the region.
  • Provide technical training to support customers technically on health feed additives topics.
  • You will plan, coordinate and evaluate animal trials with customers as well as collaborate with leading universities.
  • You will also be responsible for the translation of trial results to sales strategies and allocation of resources.

about the manager/team

An individual contributor, you will be reporting to the Global Technical Service Director, you will
work closely with both internal and external stakeholders in the region.

skills & experience required

  • You must possess a PhD in Animal Nutrition . Veterinary Medicine or an experience field veterinarian.
  • At least 3 years if professional experience working in an integrator, poultry or pork production facility.
  • Must possess experience in any of the following species: monogastric livestock, ruminants or aquaculture.
  • Experience in gut heath research will be advantageous.
  • Ready for heavy travel with within APAC
