about the company

Our client is a leading Fintech Solution Provider partnering with global banking and financial institutions, to optimize the processing of business operations and transform their customer experience. They are looking out for an eloquent Technical Support Engineer to join their growing team.

about the job

  • Provide Application and Technical Support to customers.
  • Regular meetings with customers for progress updates and general management of client relationships.
  • Liaise with our Development teams to track bug fixing and ensure deliveries are on target.
  • Work with Project managers to complete
  • Product testing before Installation and providing full delivery package (i.e. release notes and update implementation documents)
  • Assist with any project support for User Acceptance Testing
  • Provide Product documentation
  • To gather or even assist with customers Test Case documentation
  • Provide product consultancy to clients and occasionally Pre-sales support

skills & experience required

  • Great communication skills to provide consultancy to clients
  • User support knowledge (Technical and Business)
  • Technical knowledge on basic SQL database
  • Knowledge of any programming language
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite
