about the job

  • Provide application support, investigate and troubleshoot technical issues to reduce customer complaints.
  • Visit customers for demos, instrument installations or troubleshooting.
  • Collection and analysis of data required for analysis of product performance.
  • Client interaction for pre sales, demonstration and post sales support.

about the manager/team

This position reports to the Technical Support Leader and will be part of the global technical support team providing scientific product support to global clients. The role will require you to liaise with internal stakeholders such as R&D, production sales, support and service teams globally.

skills & experience required

Due to the technical nature of the products and end-users of the products, you must at least possess a master degree in either biology, biotechnology or medicine from a reputable university.

Ability to communicate and present is critical for this role. The ability to communicate and troubleshoot remotely via email and phone is critical for success in this role.

Must be willing to travel at least once every 3 months.
