You will lead cross-functional projects from initiation to successful completion, collaborating with colleagues across departments and locations.
You need to develop project scope, estimates, and objectives. Analyze and interpret data from laboratory and mechanical testing accurately.
You will provide technical service support to customers and the sales team. Offer day-to-day technical assistance, conduct training, and deliver technical presentations.
Translate business plans and commercial targets into technical projects, working closely with Commercial and Sales teams.
Foster long-term partnerships with Sales and external customers. Support Product Managers in managing product positioning activities.
Coordinate activities related to quality/performance issues or customer complaints.
Collaborate with Product Managers and Sales to organize promotional events, such as joint seminars with key customer accounts

You will work in a team environment.
skills & experience required
You will possess at least a degree in Bachelor’s degree in engineering or chemistry with at least 5 years of technical service experience in the chemical industry.
You need to have sufficient knowledge in Lubricant and/or Fuels additives
You need to have project management experience, including prioritization and customer management. Strong presentation, communication, and listening skills
Effective teamwork and collaboration across departments and divisions.
