    About the job

    Your responsibility includes:

    • Management of existing accounts and building new business accounts (Cold Calling, Social media, attending networking events and etc)
    • Conducting client meetings with HR or hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and share recruitment trends
    • Identifying potential IT talents (Data analytics, Cyber Security, infrastructure, application, ERP, and etc) for clients
    • Conducting candidate interviews, negotiating salary package and providing interview tips
    • Writing job advertisements, arranging interviews, conducting reference checks, offer management and etc.

    Skills and experience required


    As a successful applicant, You should have at least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment with a successful track record. You are resilient and a highly driven individual. You will have clear communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

    Candidates with Bachelors Degree qualification will be highly preferred
