With a leading insurer, this role will focus on:
Conduct outbound calls to partner's customers to secure appointments, fostering and enhancing relationships through calls, emails, or other electronic communication. Handle customer inquiries and objections with confidence while achieving business conversion targets, including contact and appointment rates.
skills and experience required
Minimum of 1 year of telemarketing/telesales experience, preferably with outbound sales calls. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
- Working days: 5.5 days per week
- Monday to Friday: 10am - 7pm
- Saturday: 10am - 3pm (subject to minor adjustments)
