- Lead on total reward for SEA including external bench marking to help remain an employer of choice and recruit, develop and retain talent
- Managing and drive reward projects in SEA, including job grading for new, existing and evolving positions as the business expands across the region.
- Review of benefits to align with global policies, but tailored to local markets in areas, such as incentives, medical insurance and well being and annual leave and working arrangements
- Reward business partner to internal stakeholders and HR Business Partners by combining in-depth knowledge of best practices and business needs.

skills and experience required
The ideal candidate will be degree educated with 7+ years experience in a C&B position. Ideally with some experience in C&B consulting or have excellent analytical skills. You will have the ability to influence at all levels of the business and have a track record of improving process and leading C&B projects.
