Our client is a well-known Financial Services company, currently recruiting for a Total Rewards Analyst to join the Rewards team.
about the job
Reporting to the Total Rewards Manager, you will support C&B activities including but not limited to:
- Participate in the designing, development and implementation of all Compensation & Benefits programmes
- Conduct analysis using HR data to identify trends impacting HR and Business outcomes
- Participate and conduct salary benchmarking and compensation review, research on HR compensation and benefits trends and best practices
- Support in the annual performance management, salary review and promotion process to ensure smooth execution across the organization
- Support in Rewards projects and benefits policy review
- Analyse current Rewards processes and make recommendations for process & system transformation through automation and enhancement of systems
- Perform other duties as required to ensure smooth day-to-day execution in the compensation and benefit operations

- Permanent role
- Entitled to benefits and bonuses (2-4 months)
skills and experience required
- Education in Human Resources or related discipline
- Ideally a minimum 2 years of experience for the above job description
- Analytical, detail oriented, good team player
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
- Well-versed with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
