Our client is a well-known Financial Services company, currently recruiting for a Total Rewards Analyst to join the Rewards team.

about the job

Reporting to the Total Rewards Manager, you will support C&B activities including but not limited to:

Participate in the designing, development and implementation of all Compensation & Benefits programmes
Conduct analysis using HR data to identify trends impacting HR and Business outcomes
Participate and conduct salary benchmarking and compensation review, research on HR compensation and benefits trends and best practices
Support in the annual performance management, salary review and promotion process to ensure smooth execution across the organization
Support in Rewards projects and benefits policy review
Analyse current Rewards processes and make recommendations for process & system transformation through automation and enhancement of systems
Perform other duties as required to ensure smooth day-to-day execution in the compensation and benefit operations

Permanent role
Entitled to benefits and bonuses (2-4 months)

skills and experience required

Education in Human Resources or related discipline
Ideally a minimum 2 years of experience for the above job description
Analytical, detail oriented, good team player
Good interpersonal skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
Well-versed with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
