about the role

Leading a team of 4, you will undertake the role of a Total Rewards Manager. You will be responsible for effectively managing the day to day operations of all matters pertaining to C&B. . Your role will include but not limited to:

  • Monitor effectiveness of existing global Total Rewards policies, guidelines, and processes
  • Implement operational roadmap for regional and global compensation and benefits programs and processes
  • Partner with various COEs to ensure high satisfaction from internal employees
  • Take ownership of annual compensation planning and open enrolment events including system and process readiness and execution
  • Monitor vendor effectiveness and actively manage partners to maintain high satisfaction for internal employees
  • Partnering with the Total Rewards Director to provide thought leadership and direction on compensation and benefits program administration for Asia Pacific regions
  • Monitor and manage KPIs and SLAs to ensure effective ongoing program administration

skills and experience required

You will be Degree qualified in HRM or related field of studies and demonstrate at least 8 years of similar experience preferably within the fast moving consumer/ Retail segment. Leadership experience will also be part of the requirements to lead a team of 4. Regional exposure in SEA, including India and China will definitely be an added advantage. Being able to think out of the box, independent and resourceful is a definite good to have to fit into the culture and the value preposition of the organization. You will be someone with strong business acumen to integrate C&B solutions into the business and partner well with the management team and your internal stakeholders. An excellent communication skill with the ability to manage stakeholders of different level is a definite must in this role.
