about the job
Reporting to the C&B Lead, you will be part of a team in managing C&B activities including but not limited to:
- Design, review, and implement C&B programs and policies across the organisation, including performance and rewards programs to support business outcomes and company culture
- Manage executive compensation, performance management framework, salary structures and incentive models, further develop and redesign current structure to enhance long term organisation performance
- Conduct analysis and benchmarking on market data, ensuring C&B policies are competitive and appropriate to attract and retain talents
- Manage employee benefits programmes including flexible benefits schemes

- Permanent role, entitled to benefits and bonus (aws + VB up to 6 months)
- 5 day work week, hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
- Office location: CBD, Singapore
skills and experience required
- Bachelors' degree, preferably HR related
- Minimum 10 years of relevant total rewards experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Detail oriented and analytical
