Reporting to the Compensation & Benefits Lead, you will play a key role in day-to-day Rewards and Benefits portfolio for both the Singapore office and the wider region, ensuring adherence to local laws and regulations. Your duties encompass:
- Working closely with stakeholders to regularly assess benefit plans and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Assisting the Head of C&B in implementing competitive and cost-effective benefits programs, which includes insurance
- Managing the day-to-day administration of benefits, covering tasks such as overseeing insurance claims, managing benefits enrollment, addressing employee enquiries, communicating benefit programs, updating/maintaining HRIS, and monitoring the service delivery of benefit providers while recommending process improvements.
- Supporting benefits-related documentation, verifying employee information, and processing insurance invoices.
- Leading employee engagement initiatives, workplace well-being programs/webinars, and DEI programs.
- Supporting compensation review cycles, off-cycle reviews, including the preparation of compensation and benefits-related correspondence, checking employee information, and generating/analyzing ad-hoc HR reports (e.g., benefits utilization).
- Managing queries related to compensation equity and keeping track of equity-related information.
- Participating in compensation/benefits surveys and conducting benchmarking activities for the region.
- Offering support in various related projects as required, such as Job Leveling
- Collaborating with and supporting other members of the APAC HR team on diverse HR matters and projects.
- Possessing additional experience in share plan administration and mobility is advantageous.

- Ideally a minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Compensation and Benefits
- A collaborative team member, resourceful and detail-focused, possessing strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse individuals across various functions
- Adaptable to fast-paced work environments
