    My client is a global energy company, and they are looking to hire a total rewards specialist to join their team.

    about the job

    In this role, you will be part of the total rewards team. You will be responsible for delivering the total rewards projects, ensuring that salary management and policies are executed in a manner that aligns with the client’s values and supervising your team's ability to carry out payroll-related activities.

    about the manager/team

    You will be reporting to the Head of HR.

    skills & experience required

    The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in total rewards practices and a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. Candidates could either have experience from a reward consultancy or a large MNC with strong analytical and project management experience and strong communication skills.
