Travel Retail Executive (1 year contract - Renewable)

Our client is a globally renowned fashion brand, and one of the leaders. It is looking to build a team of passionate change-drivers who will work closely with the management team to bring the organisation to new heights, and to deliver strong, fast and sustainable growth in 2024.

about the role:

Working on the APAC region.
Support the Trade Marketing Manager on any operational and executional duties.
Oversee trade marketing projects, working closely with vendors to ensure timely and effective execution of visual refreshes, high-profile projects, and installations.
Manage all aspects of vendor relations, including obtaining quotes, tracking deadlines, and coordinating installations.
Create and refine presentation materials for internal and external use, ensuring they are professional and clear.
Provide necessary marketing assets, such as visuals and logos, to support client merchandising both in-store and online.
Handle purchase orders from requisition to final payment, ensuring accuracy in budget tracking.
Assist the commercial team with updating pricing, including cost and retail prices, discounts, and margins. Maintain and update customer data, store information, and competitive insights regularly.
Support clients with B2B e-commerce platform use, from account setup to order processing, and assist in creating product reports and order linesheets.
Support any events set-up and preparations, including its logistics.

skills and experience required:

A degree in Marketing or business - Fresh Grads are welcome to apply if you have prior marketing internship experience.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel - Spreadsheet functions is a must.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of tailoring messages for diverse audiences across the region.
Comfortable liaising with mandarin speaking clients.
