Support Physical trading operations of Fuel Oil
Contract management - Prepare sales & purchase contracts and contract counter to supplier & buyers
Prepare documentary instructions, surveyor's appointment and voyage orders
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and counter-parties on operational requirements such as Letter of Credit, invoicing, demurrage calculations, claims, loading & discharging activities
Handle payments for inspection fees, insurance and freight
Assist in other ad hoc duties as assigned

skills and experience required

Minimally 3 years of experience in Middle Office with a Commodity Trading firm
Strong knowledge and experience in handling physical Fuel Oil contracts & documents are preferred
Able to work well in a fast paced environment
Able to work independently and as a team
Highly organised, meticulous and able to multi-task
