Oversee the drafting, preparation, negotiation of contracts, documentation
Draft, prepare and negotiate contracts, documents
Coordinate with buyers and suppliers for contact execution
Liaise with buyers, suppliers, freight team on altycan, port details
Oversee vessel nomination, acceptance, issuance of shipping instructions
Verify shipping documents against LC terms
Check BLs, prepare LOI
