    Partnering an established Financial Institution with a global presence, we are looking for a Trading Desk Assistant to support their Payments team.

    about the job

    As the first point of contact for the Singapore trading desk, you will be responsible for the following duties:

    • To be equipped with strong FX knowledge, and provide support from an operations standpoint
    • Analyze and maintain information accurately in database and spreadsheets
    • Liaise with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure an efficient settlement of payments
    • Attend to desk queries promptly
    • Participate in process implementations and other projects

    skills and experience required

    • Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance or other related fields
    • Prior exposure within payments operations will be an added advantage
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
    • Good communication skills with the ability to multi-task
