about the job
As the Training and Facilities Administration Manager, you will be responsible for
- Overseeing the upkeeping of Training and Office Facilities through scheduled maintenance and new programs
- Implement and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and the organization’s policies, procedures and guidelines
- Provide administrative and logistic support, which encompasses maintaining of office assets and inventory
- Works closely with internal and external stakeholders and administer maintenance contracts or the renewal of the contracts for office and training administration supplies
- Assists in the purchase of fixed assets, maintenance of facilities and refurbishment of new premises
- Provide guidance and administrative support to the office/ training administration/ facilities assistants, including performance reviews
- Ensure timely applications and processing of training subsidies and funding with relevant stakeholders, and administer training sponsorship schemes for training and development
- Assists in coordinating and developing training programmes for employees
- Provides administrative and logistic support for training and department functions/ events such as catering meals and looking for venues
- Review existing training and administrative processes and develop and implement process and productivity improvements for continuous improvement

As the Training and Facilities Administration Manager, you will be mainly responsible for overseeing the training and staff administration functions, as well as maintaining office and training facilities to ensure the work premises are well-maintained and run smoothly.
skills and experience required
To be a successful candidate, you should possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or related discipline, with at least 6 years of relevant training and facilities administration experience, as well as familiarity with procurement procedures, contract terms and conditions, as well as managing vendors and suppliers.
