Our client is a training provider, currently recruiting for a Training Manager (6 months convertible contract).
about the job
This is a sole contributor role and you will be responsible for designing and developing training programs to roll out locally and regionally.
Your job scope will include:
- Conducting market research to identify training needs and target audiences, analyzing market trends and identify opportunities for new training offerings
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to design tailored training programs for different levels of stakeholders
- Developing course materials that are engaging and effective, by utilizing diverse teaching methods and resources to enhance learning outcomes
- Developing a business plan outlining marketing strategies, rollout plans and expansion opportunities for the training programs.
- Implementing marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and partnerships to promote training programs
- Managing reports on the training programs, participation and outcomes to enhance the programs

- 5 day work week
- Office location: CBD, Singapore
skills and experience required
- Ideally at least 10 years of experience in Training and program management, curriculum development and instructional design
- Relevant certifications and qualifications would be advantageous
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in various training tools and platforms
