Our client is a global provider of waste, water and energy management solutions. This leader in optimized resource management is now looking for a committed and reliable Turnaround Planner to join their dynamic team.
what you will be here for
- To provide planning of needed resources,personnel and contracts, scope preparation and schedule integration on mechanical and E&I scope of turnaround.
- Monitor and control work execution based on plan in CMMS.
- Responsible for providing operations input into the weekly maintenance plan.
- Responsible for the coordination of maintenance work requests to the turnaround / short shutdown.
- Coordinate with the procurement team to source for non-stock material and external services
- Able to read P&ID (Process and Instrument Diagram) and pick-up Mechanical, Electrical and Instrument items to compare with equipment list
- Update the equipment and units specifications and other data in CMMS.
- Check the process and engineering drawings and attach documents to VAMS.
- Updates Bill of Material (BOM) and associates with equipment and units in VAMS Material Management including consumables, parts and spare units through manuals and parts list.
- Assist on equipment and units critically and risk assessment and data entry to VAMS through the procedures.
- Check and update data on Statutory, Equipment condition monitor, PM planning and scheduling, etc. data record
what you will need
- Diploma in Engineering, preferably Mechanical/Industrial / Maintenance Engineering / Electrical, Instrument and Controls.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Process and Engineering Engineer in the Oil, Petrochemical or Chemical plant
- Process plant turnaround, shutdown and maintenance related experience are highly desirable.
- Experience in CMMS data and document set-up from engineering documents, specifications, drawings, etc is preferred.
- Proficient in Computer Skills such as Microsoft Office, AutoCad, Googles Documents, CMMS, etc.
- Ability to work weekends and after office hours if required.
- Training will be provided for those with limited experience.
