- Carry out user-centric UI/UX design of dApps, including but not limited to establishing user personas, user flow mapping and navigation tools
- Perform UI/UX research on other dApps on the market
- Work closely with the Commerce team to do A/B testing and pro-actively participate in product iteration to ensure UX is constantly improving

- Deliver design of superior usability and smooth interaction
- Craft refined, production-ready, and world-class visual designs
Skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or tech design related
- Minimum 2 years of experience in web/mobile product design
- Familiarity with dApps design and understand the Web3 lingo and preferences
- Priority will be given to one who has prior experience building dApps or personal Web3
- Experienced in Figma and other interactive and visual design tools
