about the company

This life insurance client is one of the leading companies in Singapore and with rapid business growth, they are now seeking for an experienced candidate to join their Strategy Transformation Projects Program team as a Project Manager (VP level).

about the job

As a Project Manager for the team, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with business, function units and project workstream leads
  • Managing end-to-end cycle for the projects including delivery, coordinate dependencies, plan resources and identify operating models
  • Establishing mechanisms and metrics to track effective execution
  • Participating in new business partnerships and business proposals

skills and experience required

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 10-12 years of working experience in financial service industry with background in strategy review, project management and research analysis. Good knowledge of business and operating model with strong communication and stakeholder skills.
