● Design, develop, and implement the Layer 1 infrastructure, ensuring high performance and security.
● Collaborate with product leaders and executives for requirement discussions and holistic product development.
● Handle internal quality control, ensuring the integrity of smart contracts and adhering to best practices.
● Tackle challenging problems, occasionally diving into code to illustrate novel solutions or approaches.
● Identify and rectify bugs and security vulnerabilities within the blockchain network. Maintain comprehensive and current technical documentation.
● Need to manage internal and external developers about 10 developers.
● 50% management 50% hands-on.
skills and requirements
● In-depth familiarity with Ethereum, rollup protocols, and other EVM-compatible blockchains, demonstrated by a solid track record.
● Expert-level proficiency in Golang and Solidity, including a robust grasp of advanced concepts like concurrency and security.
● A proactive approach to responsibilities, and the ability to work autonomously, taking charge of projects from conception to completion.
● Blockchain/Web3 experience must have. Gaming experience good to have.
