An opportunity is currently present to get onboard with them as an Warehouse and Logistics Manager at the manufacturing plant.

about the job
The primary responsibility of this role is to manage on-site logistical partners for the physical distribution of finished goods and components to ensure timely on-shelf availability for wholesale channels and service centres. Your other responsibilities include:

  • Dive in-depth with regional team to monitor and review 3PL SLAs where necessary to achieve OTIF and operational objectives
  • Lead a team of warehouse and logistics personnel for daily receiving, kitting, putaway and outbound activities to provide logistical support to regional manufacturing
  • Manage fulfilment activities within time frame, scope, quality and budget to drive internal customer satisfaction
  • Inventory accuracy ownership and WHSE championing
  • Ensure necessary documentation and full legal/trade compliance to company policies and stipulated regulations
  • Be a regional process improvement champion by utilizing Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S etc.

skills and experience required

  • Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years experience in warehousing and logistics
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build develop customer/supplier relationships
  • Great timeline management
