- Providing guidelines and assessment criteria for considering systems for automation.
- Establishing best practices and standards for automation, including the potential adoption of new tools based on ROI (Return on Investment) and improvement opportunities.
- Recommending and implementing methodologies to keep the failure rate for system changes at a low level.
- Planning, designing, and gathering use cases for the design of automation systems.
- Managing the delivery of automation solutions using both in-house resources and vendors while adhering to secure design principles.
- Building and deploying automation scripts, and coordinating user acceptance testing, including unit and performance testing.
- Involvement in arranging the change release schedule for automation systems.
- Ensuring the security, reliability, and performance of automation systems to meet the organization's needs.
- Proactively and reactively managing the performance and capacity of automation services to meet agreed-upon targets and ensuring continuous availability and uptime.
- Minimizing response time needed to resolve incidents or outages, while maintaining the quality of incident response.
- Providing insights specific to developed systems for handling major incidents and problems.
- Improving user satisfaction with automated systems by analyzing user feedback on their effectiveness and efficiency.
- Conducting an overall service review and process maturity assessment, and generating necessary service review reports.
- Staying updated on the latest technologies related to workflow automation, and driving technology innovation and transformation by incorporating leading technologies and practices.
skills and experience required
Demonstrated expertise in the development of low-code applications and intelligent automation. Familiar/Knowledge with solutions tools like UiPath, Power Platform, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search, and Generative AI.
