about the job

• Support in the sourcing of talent within Property, Engineering and Supply chain industry by leveraging on internal database and external sourcing channels
• Screen and qualify candidates according to the job requirement, and assess suitability of their experience and culture fit
• Assist in organising interviews and preparing candidate for client’s interview
• Negotiation of salary packages and address any concern during the recruitment process and ensure smooth onboarding of the candidate including performance of reference checks
• Acquire understanding of the industry’s ecosystem, including keeping abreast of industry news and market information

about the manager/team

We have a proven record to help our associate recruitment consultants gain a strong industry knowledge and commercial acumen to become full-fledged recruiting consultants. This can be achieved within a time frame of 12 months depending on individual performance. You can expect to work in a team environment and learn from other consultants within the team.

skills and experience required

• Degree in engineering, supply chain or real estate will be helpful to provide prior knowledge of the industry
• Self motivated individual who are goals or resulted oriented
• Enjoys learning and interacting with people
• Passion in learning and work towards becoming an industry specialist
• Excited to build a meaningful career in the recruitment industry

This role will offer you an opportunity to develop your commercial acumen as well as relationship management skills. You will be required to cold call, build rapport and relationship with clients and candidates and at the same time gain knowledge of the property/engineering/supply chain industry.
